[Resolved]  Indane — Non delivery of Gas Refill Cylinder.

I have booked refill on[protected] after depositing refill price in advance vide receit No. 171 dated[protected], but no supply given till date even after repeated request and personal visit to them. My consumer No. is 4194 of NFL Cooperative Stores Vijaipur Guna

lindane — Non issue of refill cylinder

Sir, I am a consumer of Roorkee gas Service, Civil lines Roorkee (Uttarakhand). My Connection No. is R-33342. I have booked Gas on 08.09.2008 vide No. 2153.After a gap of about 1.5 months, no cylinder has been given to me against the said booking. today he has refused to give me the cylinder & rebooked my gas vide no.4988. I gave a ring on the mobile of area manager but he didnot pick up the phone.
Kindly take necessary action against the agency.

lindane — Gas supply is Worse

I have a Gas connection of Indane in NOIDA sector 62. Earlier my distributor was Ela Gas Agency but suddenly my connection was automatically transferred to Mithala Gas Agency after which the cylinder delivery has become nightmare. Even after booking the cylinder on phone, and while following up next day they say that your cylinder is not booked at all. Also if they book the cylinder, it is delivered after 7- 10 days after booking.

They ecuse that they donot have enough copnnections in Sector 62, so delivery will take that much time. They have make this a practice and thus causing lot of problems.

I PC Abdulla consumer of Koodathayi Gas Agency, Thamarassery, Kozhikode district, Kerala with consumer no:5609 refilled last time on 29th April 2009 and present booked on 23rd july 2009. it is morethan 23 days, but not get delivery of refill cylinder and when ever I contact them they can't offer any probable delivery date. And also I contact customer care number of Indane for Kozhikode, they also say "we are helpless"
The strange thing is, on one "ADALATH" two week beforeat Kozhikode, Indane officials announced that they supplying refills on 2nd day of booking.

Dear Sir,

That all First week of january, I have booked a LPG cylinder on telephone . But supplier M/s SWATANTRA GAS SERVICE has not supplied cylinder till today, previously during 2009, many times I booked cylinder on the same number but the compliance has not made every time. The practice of the dealer is wrong and against the law. Many times your dealer forced us to purchase the cylinder in higher rate and less rate, the delivery man of the Swatantra Gas Service, always keeps a weightment scale which is un-authentic

In the light of the facts stated above, you are requested to look the matter personally, the area manager Mr. Ramkumar evolved with the Swatantrai Gas Serivce.


You are requested to send me LPG CYLENDER for re-filling and take necessary action against the will full defaulters.

My Indane Gas Consumer no 23749.My distributor is KTS agency in Mylapore,Chennai. I had booked for refill on[protected]. I wa told that
I receive on will yesterday[protected] and I was eagerly waiting at the
entrance of my house. But, I did not get the supply. When iI cintacted
I was told that the gas boy returned back sayiyng that the house was locked and they said that I will get it today[protected] morning. Again I was waiting at my residence and when I contacted, a lady arrogantly told
me that as she was now only,I will get it on monday and dropped the phone. Is this the way that Indane has taught its staff how to 'BEHAVE' with it's
cuctomers? Ii's shame on the part of the management. They should bow their head before public for having such idiotic staff.

with due regards is s stated that I m consumer of Indane gas Agencey Reliable gas agency Bhagat singh Colony jalandhar bearing consumer no RG-5851 .for the last six months i m getting worst service from this agency . gas refill booking is done after a period of 22 days while gas supply is given after another 15 days. it is mentioned that the gas cylinder lasts only for 20 days .however i complained on mobile but no heeds to that. kindly provide the solution.

i am your customer last 7 years.in between 7 years.i have no problem with your service .but now these days
your delevery man do not treat well.they do not delevery our refill cylender at time of delevery and proper adress my
