[Resolved]  Indane — LPG connection

I have recently transferred to Shimla from Jaipur. I surrender my LPG connection at Jaipur and got transfer voucher. However, for the last one month Iam not getting LPG connection at Shimla. it is learnt that distrubetors in Shimla are not getting required vouchers. shall IOC officials look in to the problem?

This is to inform you that i got transfer vocher[termination voucher no [protected] on 24 jan 11 to dehradun from m/s hasrh gas agency,mahmoorganj,varanasi
but with regret to inform you that your dealer at dilaram bazar,dehradun put our document invalid,it is almost going to be one month where we are crying for lpg cylinder dispite that i have submitted all relevanent documents,nothing has been done at this end

[DEALER STATES THAT ON LINE IT SHOWING 1CYLIDER,WHEREAS I HAVE SUBIMTTED 2[ I BIG[14.2KG] AND I SMALL[5KG] WHICH IS REFLECTING ON PAPERS ALSO GIVEN BY M TO M/S HASRH GAS AGENCY,
this is a dispute between 2 distributor ,so why should i suffer[already harrassed for 23 days and you can imagine without gas for 23 days where i have small school going kids
