[Resolved] Indane — gas cylinder not delivered | |
Sir, I am a consumer of indane gas for the last 20 years with the connection in Reshmi Gas, the authorised dealer of indane at Tripunithura, Ernakulam district, kerala. Nowadays they are making so many problems regarding Gas booking. One day in the month of June 2008, i've called them for Gas booking, They told me that your connection has transffered to another Agency named Kairali Gas and they will deal you in future; and gave me a new consumer no: and phone no:. Then i called to Kairali Gas and they told me that we are not capable for dealing new connections and we returned your connection to Reshmi Gas. Again i called to Reshmi Gas after a day, with my old consumer no:, they told me that your consumer no: is changed and gave me the new cons no:. i've booked gas with the new cons no: and i got the gas only after two months. i've booked gas again in first week of Sept 2008 and made a reminder call in Sept last week. At that time they told me that we are in a crisis due to Lorry strike and we will surely deliver the gas to you within 10 days. i' ve not delivered the cylinder yet. Today (16/10/2008) i called them for gas, they told me that you were booked the Gas only in 6th October 2008 and you will be delivered the gas after one month. This is the exact situation now. What i want to do? In these circumstances, i humbly request you to take necessory action for getting the Gas cylinder in time. My customer no.38059 29th January i book the cylinder, 6th february i am not get cylinder, cylinder delivery man don't give any response my phone. please take action. my no. 38059 29th january i book the cylinder, they are not deliver till today.

My consumer no. is 8957 and my booking is registered dated 19/12/2014 with ref no. 234326. Cash memo no. is [protected] and LPG ID :[protected]. I received the information on my mobile that the cylinder has been delivered on 31/12/2014.But till now, I have not received the cylinder.

I am a consumer of Indane gas from Sant Nagar Burari Delhi (Parul Gas Agency) under LIPI Gas Services and my consumer no is 32562. I have booked for a refill cylinder on Dt 01.02.2015 but as on 21.02.2015 I have not received the refill cylinder.i have many times calls to parul gas agency, but any one not picking our calls.please take action on priory.

My consumer no is cx16955021, my name is Reena Roy and a resident of avantika, rohini, new delhi 110085. I had booked a cylinder on 2.2.2015 which has still not been delivered. I dont have the booking no. When i charged M/s Kandhari gas they said it has been cancelled reason being "no one at home" which is absolutely untrue Because in ivr it is saying that same has been delivered on 8.2.2015. I had booked another gas on 18.2.2015 which has Still not been delivered. We are running out of gas. Pls Sort this issue asap.

I have book my Indane Gas Cylinder on 2nd of February 2015 vide registration no 646216 but till date Cylinder has not been delivered by the Distributor you are therefore requested please take an tangable step in this connection otherwise i will go to the Consumer Court

My consumer no. 2084 & my dealer name is Ganga Gas Distributors. I booked for lpg gas cylinder by booking no.416959 on 11.03.2015. On 16.03.2015 I received a message that cash memo [protected] generated for booking no. 416959 & On 17.03.2015 I received a message that cylinder is delivered against cash memo [protected] but I have not received cylinder till now.
Nandi Gas - Vishwas Nagar depot has not delivered despite SMS received on 11 March form IOC for delivery of Cylinder received till date.. Number of calls have been made daily . The behaviour of receptionist is very rude and every day they promise to deliver the Gas Cylinder but no avail. Really fed up calling every day.

They informed that the booked cylinder was canceled and asked me to book another, for the cylinder to be delivered.
How can my booking be canceled ?This was not informed to me. Is this is my fault??????????

Cylinder not suppliedI reside in Villivakkam, My gas connection No 6687, Dealer is Jeevan gas Agency, Reddy street Villivakkam. Phone No 26174371. 20 days back I booked for my cylinder and was told that they will supply in 10 days. After 10 days they said that the delivery boys are on leave for Pongal. Now to day 28th Jan 2009 a fortnight after pongal and again they say that they didn't get supply from you. They say the production stopped at Indian oil Corporation for the reason well known to them. Now that they kept the phone aside soon they enter the office which say that the phone is temporly out of service. I personally saw that they kept the receiver off the hook to avoid answering. If they can not supply the gas please ask them to surrender the gas agency or if they think that they have lot of clients ask Indane supply to create one more agency and transfer few customers to them.
Please note that we are seeing good number cylinders meant for home delivery in hotels and road side shopps.
