[Resolved]  Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Refill not delivered since November 3rd 2023

I ordered cylinder on 3rd November yet the cylinder not delivered. I called the distributor, it's always busy. No one attended the call. I raised complaint on website but they technical issues. I don't know how long they have the technical issues. And without my knowledge they are closing the complaint as resolved but yet the cylinder not delivered. They invoiced it but not delivering more than 10 day's gone.
