My consumer number is [protected]. My order number :[protected]. I booked the refill on 13th Jan and I don't understand why the delivery of refill was delayed so much.

Today( 23rd Jan). I received sms of auto cancellation of refill. I don't understand why the refill delivery didn't happen and the refill was auto cancelled. Looks like the agency has been selling gas outside, and my gas was sold similarly.

Request Indane to deliver my LPG ASAP as I may run out of gas.

We are requested to change address from the nearest distributor office and requested at customer care side also but no response still (cust I'd -25296)

Supply of gas cylinder is not done in six days .

Your refill order can not be created as open order already exists for the consumer message is coming

My consumer id is[protected]. My aadhar linked with bank and lpg too. Kyc done. But still not recieved any subsidy in my bank account. Dbtl done, rekyc done, contacted helpline many times still problem not solved. I think IOC intentionally stopped subsidy. This is one type of fraud with customers.

My lpg consumer id is[protected]. Indian oil stopped giving subsidy to my bank account. After complaining many times they told me to complete dbtl by bank. I did it. In my account aadhar linked with bank and lpg also. KYC done. But they did not linked my bank account with lpg and till now are not giving any subsidy. For confirmation I completed rekyc. But they did not solved my problem. I contacted my times at their helpline but they did nothing. I want to take legal action against this.

I Sunanadan Mondal, a consumer of Indane gas since[protected] having Consumer No-[protected]. I booked my last gas cylinder on 5th July, 2023. Thereafter I am not able to book my cylinder till date. I have talked to distributer, Sonar Bangla Gas Service, Anandapur, Kolkata-700107 several times with no solution. As advice by him I submitted KYC formalities in the month of September with no result. I sent an email to Indian Oil with all supporting documents on 28th Dec-2023 with no response. I have registered to IndaneOil ONE apps and came to know that my account has been deactivated without any faults from my end. To activate I followed the process as prescribed in the Apps to upload ID & address proof on 26th Dec-2023. I had submitted with Aadhaar ID & Electric Bill documents once again on 29th Dec-2023 as no result or updates from concerned authorities. Every time confirmation has been generated with request number but surprised to know that the same number is not having any valid view status or recorded on Complaint History on the mobile Apps. Finally, I have registered complaint on Indian Oil website and a confirmation request ID was generated on 29th Dec-2023 at 12-45 pm and my utter surprised same number is showing the status on Compliant History. It means in the mobile apps it is intended to miss guide the users with false confirmation.
I would like to inform you that since my opening LPG account on 28/01/2018 at Distributor M/s Sonar Bangla Gas Service, Anandapur, Kolkata-700107, there is no change in my name, address or mobile number and I was a regular user of LPG gas. It is not known to me why my account has been deactivated while I was a regular customer.
It is very difficult to manage day to day cooking without the LPG gas.
To activate my suspended account without any valid cause or reason in the digital era for a regular customer is very painful. Neither distributor nor the Indane Gas authorities is helping to resolve the issue . There is customer number also but not working as it is all times busy.

From past five days i was trying to change my address online for LPG gas. For the particular, i should have an account or i have to register on https://access.ex.indianoil.in/newUserReg/. I am unable to register my number. 99% of time it is popping message "Enter valid OTP". OTP is of four number. How can anyone be wrong every time with OTP.
Its ridiculous.
Government is trying to make online easy and these guys are make it worst.
Please try resolve the issue ASAP.

Please unblock my indane account for gas booking which is showing to be blocked.

If you come and ask people who are on the road without petrol, they will tell you that they will not give you petrol in the bottle. And on the other hand, the seller will give it in a bottle. This is the condition of this pump

I have booked a cylinder cons.Id ;20345/[protected] and paid a sum of rs.916.50 online.as the same has not reached the distributor I have paid in cash and received the cylinder on 09.12.2023.so far I have not received the amount paid in return 😐

I have booked a cylender from consumer id:1599/[protected] and paid the online sum of rs.916.50...as the same has not reached the distributor I have to pay the amount in cash and cylender delivered on 9.12.2023..sofar the amount is not returned 😑

Leakage while fixing regulator

We refilled our cylinder in 17th November. And connect to gas to November 29th. But today 10th December at night 8.30pm the the flaming stove is suddenly off and a water leak sounds may be happened in the cylinder. After that the stove is completely off. Please take necessary action to change the cylinder.

Sir, on 19th May 2023 I booked an LPG (Indane Gas) cylinder whose booking order number is[protected] which I paid online, payment of 1135.5 was not successful. Please try again. Ref Num #[protected] AFTER THAT I GOT THAT CYLINDER FROM THE GAS DISTRIBUTION AGENCY "MANGLAM FLAMES" AMROHA BY PAYING CASH RUPEES.
When I complained about the above case to the concerned distributor, he said that the payment made by you online has not come to our account, in this regard, I also complained on the helpline number of Indane Gas, whose service request is No.[protected] and[protected].
In the above case, even after complaining twice by me, the solution has not been found yet.
Please refund my online payment of Rs. 1135.50 to my account.

Today (01.12.2023 time : 8.30am) i filled fuel for Rs 200 and made payment vide google pay and showed the paid message to the attender.
The attender said he didn't receive the amount, I showed the message once again but he offended me saying that it was the fake message and iam cheating. I showed my bank statement also but they demanded me to pay once again. I refused to pay they made me to say for more than 20 mints and treated me as fraud person in front of other customers. After 25 mints i request them once again to check after checking they said late credit and let me to go. I am totally disappointed, humiliated and took decision, not to visit Indian oil petrol bunk any more.

In 12 th clock they not give me 100-200 rupees petrol in my bike they told me if you want petrol so purchase 500 above in night...that is not good please take strikely action against him
