I booked my LPG cylinder on 30/09/2022 at 1:02pm with consumer number:- [protected] / Ref No:[protected] . I don't get my LPG refill but got the message at 3:18pm saying your cylinder is delivered with some messages, what is happening please solve this problem or refund....

I have cancelled DBC connection request on September 10th which is applied through online with amount 2318rs on 30th August. But my amount is not refunded yet in my account.

I have raised multiple complaints in indane gas portal. They are saying amount is already refunded. But it's not reflected in my account.

I used my ATM card for the payment of fuel at IOCL petrol pump. The card has my registered mobile num which is also registered with IOCL app. From period of 11 June 2022 to 27 July 2022, I ddnt receive any points in my extra rewards /loyalty ponts IOCL. I refilled a fuel of ₹7340/- TOTAL.

On July 3, 2022, I placed an order for an LPG gas cylinder (Booking Id:[protected] through the Indian Oil app and paid Rs 1100/- via my UPI app. However, the Indian Oil app still displayed "Pay" against that order. The staff of Indian oil is very rude. I visit twice for CNG. First in afternoon at that time they deny and in night also they make excuses for not filling the CNG. They said that light is not coming. Even they fill the CNG in their personal vehicle during that time period. So how they can deny us for CNG.
