Today I went to the above petrol station and I was completely shocked when the staff committed fraud and cheated me in broad daylight.
They filled my car and then they immediately started filling the next vehicle without resetting the counter to zero. I didn't even get a chance to look at the meter and then they started demanding me money on the basis of the total reading that included the fuel filled in the other vehicle.

I was shocked and wanted to complain to the manager but there were already several customers with the same complaints and no one was listening.

I am deeply hurt and cheated by this incident. The google reviews section of this fuel station is full of consumers who have already complained but IOCL is not bothered to look into the complaints.

The phone number provided by IOCL for complaints is out of service and there is no way to register a complaint on their website against this dealer.

It feels like IOCL employees are also involved in this fraud and they are making commissions out of this because they have disabled all means to register a complaint against this fuel station.

I demand justice and immediate closure of this fuel station.
