[Resolved] Indane — cylinder not delivered in time | |||
hi sir, I am a customer of vijayakumar gas agency(dealer of indane gas), pammal. It have become 24 days since the date of booking. v didn't receive the cylinder yet. At the same time our neighbour who booked on that same date have received their cylinder. When we enquired about this issue in person to the booking agency they are not giving a responsible answer. Neither there is someone who holds the responsibility. They are saying that it ll take another 15-20 days for the delivery. CYLINDER NOT SUPPLIEDSIR,
I had booked a cylinder with M/S Abhiyash Indane Nehru Nagar Bhilai Chhattishgarh as on 1st July 2010. My consumer number is 06317. Till date, cylinder is not delivered to me. I request you to please help me.

my name is shalini mehta r/o c-782, 2nd floor , vikas puri, new delhi - 18. we have gas connection no.8087 by the name of Tarun Mehta. our dealer name is Nayar Gas Service located at PVR Sonia Cineplex, Vikaspuri. I am sorry to say that NAYAR GAS SERVICE is not delivering Gas Cyllinder on time & not even telling the responsible person with whom we can sort out this issue...very negative approach towards customer.....please look into the matter and get them online...thanks & regards

Dear sir/Madum,we are having the gas connection of indane but the dealer is not atall coperation he is taking the new refilling registration after 21 days and after that also he dont give cylinder 10-15 days this is his regular schedule we are not even getting the phone no of in charge officer not even name.dealer name is HARI OM GAS AGENCY AJWA ROAD BAROA GUJARAT.
