[Resolved] Indane — Delay in delivery of Cooking gas cylinder

Dear sir

We are a middle class family in Ambattur,Chennai-53 and we rely only on cooking gas to make our daily meals. we have been using Indane connection for almost 15 years and in the recent years the delivery of cylinder has been delayed for more than a month prior after the booking. The gas agency responsible for the delivery does NOT even respond any calls made from us. Even if some of the staff they answer that "it will take a further more week for your delivery" and end the call and never responded again. How many weeks should we wait for getting a cylinder? The name of the gas agency is SRI BALAJI AGENCIES G1,G2-Fortune Classic Apartment, 29,Steadford Hospital Road,Ambattur,Chennai-600 053. Kindly take any stern action against the agency to deliver the cylinders to all the customers as soon as possible.

lindane — DELAY IN DELIVERY OF GAS

I have a Indane gas connection at Yadu Indane Gas Service, Sahibabad Indl Area, Sahibabad. My consumer No, is 34884. There is a major problem with this distributor is he takes more than one week- two weeks to deliver the gas after booking. To my knowledge, no distributor takes this much time. He says there is no available. I have transferred my connection to this agency in May 08. Since then the agency has not delivered even a single cylinder in time. I had to keep on ringing up/enquire about the delivery of the cylinder.

Dear Sir,
Cylinder on delivery was found to be leaking.In spite of several complaints to my distributor, they have not turned to replce the deffective one.Its already 4 days passed,the service is very poor.They are refusing to give the complain number.No action is being taken by my distributor till today. My consumer no is CH14883 and my distributor is M/S CHAUDHARY GAS DISTRIBUTOR,DHANBAD,JHARKHAND. AGENCY CODE No:49030335
I am worried that an unforseen incident is just waiting to happen.I am senior citizen and staying alone.
Kindly take ncessary action on immidiate basis to solve my problem.Your early action in this regard is highly appreciated please

i have a gas connection with the company " SREE MA KIRUPA GAS AGENCIES" , SHOP NO : 11, R-30 "A" TNHB COMPLEX,SPARTAN NAGAR,ANNA NAGAR WESTERN EXTENSION,CHENNAI-600 101.My customer no: is 21370. i have booked for a gas cylinder during the last week of september (booking no:5904)
.the dealers told that it will be provided within 10 days..but it was not delivered even after 15 days,i called and enquired once again for which they told that it will be delivered the very next day.but till date(it has almost been around 25 days after booking) it has not been delivered.

Indane has repeatedly failed to deliver gas cylinders in recent times even after constant reminders. The attitude of the staff is also extremely unbecoming and disappointing to the extend of being outrightly rude. My last booking date was November 13 and yet it hasnr been delivered yet. I sincerely request the concerned party to look into the issue.

Sir,
My Gas conection no. B.T. 01102, in Bharat Bhusan Gas Service I am book this conection two time first was dated 8-4-2011 and than second was[protected] but today is[protected] I have no response from That Gas company and I am going to the agency they not attend me. They say go and send SMS or by online booking and today I am not reviceing Cylinder and I am feeling harass of this type of serivce.
I am working in PRESS please help me against this type of service.
