[Resolved]  Indane Domestic Gas Cylinder — Affidavit for new connection

I had applied for new connection for( LPG domestic ) now today it has been alloted to me but they r asking for to provide affidavit
that i dont have connection, as i m providing ration card which clearly indicates that i have no connection in my name is it compulsory to make affidavit or ration card is valid????.pl inform immediately
