Indane From Indian Oil — non delivery of cylinder after 20 days of booking

i am retired employee of iocl .i have booked a cylinder at the date 07/08/2009 ater 20 days i have'nt received the cylinder.this is not the first time every time the delivery of cylinder is done 1 month or after .plz do the needful. my name is B D N Lal consumer no. is ci11410 and dealer's name is Choudhary indane ;vip road laheriasarai darbhanga bihar
