[Resolved] Indane Gas Agency — Gas Booking Numbers always busy

sir, I have gas connection in Indane Gas at Delhi kishan ganj with Associated trading co.[m-260, old rohtak road, kishan ganj.Delhi-110007.] Their contact numbers will always either busy or not working. I have to visit their office physically only every time to book the gas and their office timings are very inconvenient for the private companies employees like me. This same problem I am facing since last 1 to 2 years and nobody is bothering about addressing this problem. Gas cylinder for consumer No, .1530 of Angad Agency, Adarsh Nagar, Delhi was booked on m19th october 2009, which was personally followed it up with the supplier on 22nd instant personally due to non availability of Phone always busy may be due to improper handling.

But No Cylinder has been delivered by the Angad Agency, Adarsh Nagar, Delhi so far till now. on knowing from the supplier no proper reply was given, even the phone lines are always found busy. it is a harrasement to the customer. My request is that it should be followed up thoroughly and investigations be made as it is improper services to the clients/consumers.

A reply to me by taking action against the supplier be informed to me.
