I am a customer of Pradeep Gas Agency since last 20 months.

3,Behind Ford Tractor,By pass Road,Faridabad

1) I never rcvd a cylinder by phone booking.Their phone engage all the time.
2) Every time I went to the agency to book the cylinder.
3) They took 10-12 days to get the cylinder delivered.
4) The services during complaints are very very poor.I got my regulator changed after three visit to the agency.
5)The total behavior of the the staff members towards the customer is absolutely hope less.

Dear sir,
I want to put in ur notice about the very non professional behaviour of the vikram enterprises people that they dont pick the phone for gas booking and we have to go personally for the same.

The total behavior of the the staff members towards the customer is absolutely hope less.
They took 10-12 days to get the cylinder delivered.

I am a consumer of LPG Indane Gas with consumer number 39368 and been registered with KFCSC INDANE GAS, 56/1, 4th Main, Hebbal, Bangalore - 560 024. I have booked a cylinder on 3rd March 2013 and the booking reference number is 442869. On 7th March 2013 I got a message stating that against my booking, cash memo 2152 generated and cylinder shall be delivered shortly. But I didn't get the cylinder till now. When I went to the agency to enquire about it the staff had a very rude response. This is the second time I am facing the same problem. Kindly take necessary actions.
