I would like to inform you that I have a LPG Connection the name of Varinder Kumar C/o M/s Jai Mata Glass Ltd, Barotiwala (Address) under SV No. 1961940, Consumer No. NB 1131 vide Card Sr. No. 651284 and the copy of the same was misplaced in transit alongwith my some imporant documents and now is not traceable. I have try my best to trace out but not found till now.
I shall be very thankful to to you if your goodself issue me a Duplicate Copy at the earliest possible.
Till than please stop the supply, if someone getting the same on my name.
