Respected Concern, My consumer no.03061 and I am a resident of Mr Muninder Kumar Chaurasiya, 32, Hansol Patel Vas, Sardar Nagar Ahmedabad Gujarat. Pin- 382475, (My cell No. [protected] / [protected]) M/s Indane – Trust Of Generation, Gas Service Ahmedabad - 382475, (Indane Gas) is the distributor for my connection. When ever I have been trying to contact the said agency the phone remains busy and many time they have a endless hold. Anytime of the day these telephone numbers are either engaged or they don't pick up. I have been trying for more than 16 days over phone continuously for booking the gas cylinder. But I am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no response from them. The tel. nos. provided by them[protected] &[protected] remains busy and not answering, The gas has not been booked.. As it is there is an inherent delay for getting the gas for Indane, which we've got used to now. Pls make sure at least we have the facility to book the gas thru' the phone. Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to set his system either by fax or e-mail, and have some acknowledgement system to overcome this situation. So Plz do the needful. Consumer No. MGA 30080. This people are taking 20 to 25 days fo delivery the gas & tkaing the booking after expiry of 21 days. Please take necessaary action.

As it is there is an inherent delay for getting the gas for Indane, which we've got used to now. Pls make sure at least we have the facility to book the gas thru' the phone.

M/s Indane – (Srinarayana Gas Agency Pattambi -Palakkad-dist Kerala) is the distributor for my connection. When ever I have been trying to contact the said agency the phone remains busy . Anytime of the day these telephone numbers are either engaged or they don't pick up. I have been trying for more than 7 days .
But I am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no response from them. The tel. nos. provided by them remains busy and not answering,
As it is there is an inherent delay for getting the gas for Indane, which we've got used to now. Pls make sure at least we have the facility to book the gas thru' the phone.
Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to set his system either by fax or e-mail, and have some acknowledgement system to overcome this situation.Now we have only one cylinder I want another cylinder also, I go the agency they told me extra cylinder booking closed

My consumer number is 44264 with the Vishnu Gas agency, Kadugodi, whitefield Bangalore These people never pick up the phone for gas booking. I have tried atleast 100 times since morning. The phones are either ringing without response or engaged. With such a poor system we are absolutely clueless how we would be able to book gas. I want on line booking so plz tell me how can possible.I am inden gas customer.
