Indane Gas Bottle — Not providing cylinder even after 10 days booking

Maruti Gas services, Tulsidham Char rasta, Manjalopur, Vadodara peoples are not sending the Gas bottles even after 10 days booking done i.e. also after 21 days. Nobody is lifting phones and no reply.

My customer No.1426 and you may kindly ckeck up 30 days is over then last booking. They are selling in black or what that we don't know, as we do not have time to to and inquire.

Whoever goes directly at office or godown they are giving them even on 22nd days also.

Kindly look into the matter otherwise the good people will have to suffer and it will effect bad in futire.

PATTAMAL GAS AGENCY RESIDING IN MUDICHUR ROAD VIA(NEAR PALANI KALYANA MANDAM ) LAST MONTH I HAD CALL THE COMPANY & BOOKED A CYLINDER ON DATED (23/01/09)BUT ONE LADY ATTENDED THE CALL & SHE TOLD THAT SIR WE HAVE TAKEN A REQUEST &I ASKED THE WAITING NO SHE TOLD THAT
TODAY OUR SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING SO WE HAVE WROTE IN OUR NOTEBOOK & SHE TOLD THAT WIT IN 15 DAYS YOU WILL BE GETTING THE CYLINDER & WHEN I ASKED HER NAME SHE CUT THE CALL &THEY ARE HAVING LAND LINE NO[protected],[protected],[protected]& 1MORE NO WHEN WE CALL FOR BOOKING 3-4 HRS WHEN WE KEEP ON TRYING STILL THE LINE IS BUZY, WHAT A SUCH A FRUSTATION SERVICE GIVEN BY THE PATTAMMAL GAS AGENCY, & THE WORKING STAFF'S R SO RUDE TO ME, THERE IS NO PROPER DELIVERY AFTER BOOKING, TODAY WHEN I CALLED &ASKED FOR THE STATUS THEY TOLD STILL YET IT HAS NOT BOOKED, TODAY I CALLED THIS NO[protected] AND ONE LADY PICKED UP THE CALL & SHE TOLD TODAY SHE TAKEN REQUEST WITH IN 15 DAYS IT WILL BE DELIVERED WHEN I ASKED THE WAITING NO & HER NAME SHE CUT THE CALL, WHAT IS GOING ON THERE ? I THINK THAT U HAVE GIVEN A DEALER SHIP TO A WRONG PERSON, SO PLS RESPOND MY COMPLAINT, & DONT DO THE SAME FOR ALL THE CUSTOMERS, &FOR YOUR KIND INFORMATION I AM HAVING ONLY ONE CYLINDER, RIGHT NOW WE ARE MAKING FOOD IN WOODS, SO PLS PLS RESPOND MY PROB & TRY TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM FOR THE CUS .

Indane Gas — Telephone engage/no reply

Sir,

I am trying to book my gas (No.14044) for the last 3 days. The phone Nos.26564837 and 26564899 are always engaged or whenever there is ring, it is ringing and ringing but no reply and ultimately disconnected.

I request for proper compliance of phone calls and bookings.

Kindly book my gas and arrange delivery of cylinder.

Gas bottle delivery is too late after booking, 10 to 15 days.Nobody can care to hear complaints.

Not responding any complaints from staff of Apana Bazar, Mandvi, Vadodara, Gujarat.

Apna Bazar Gas Agency — Very poor service

Very poor booking service. never pick up calls or are always engaged...Booking activity becomes a nightmare!!
Either Increase Contact Numbers or Replace Lazy Employees..

I will try to book cylinder but not get any response. Always get busy and No one pick phone. How we book cylinder On phone ?
