In our Area DHALBHUM GAS SERVICE, MAIN ROAD, GHATSILA, EAST SINGHBHUM, JHARKHAND, authorized for indian Gas (LPG -domestic uses) Distribution. our consumer no.15787 booking date is 14.10.08 but regret to inform that till today (03.11.2008) we have not received . we request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful if possible. I the residence of Vasant Kunj, Sector A, Pocket B & C, House#879 have booked the gas on 19/02/09 and the booking number that has been provided was 2.But till date I have not received the replacement for the same where as my neighbor of house#880 booked the gas on 18/02/09 and received the replacement on 19/02/09.
I wan to know the reason of the delay?
And would expect you to take necessary action to replenish the same.
