Indane Gas — To know the booking period

I Mohan Lal, user of your gas agency, would like to know the information of the duration period of the gas finishing and how soon we can get it booked again and can receive. Please mentioned the days. i.e. If we receive gas delivery on 1 of month my gas finished within the month the days completed only just 15. Which data we may receive another delivery.

Dear Sir,

we wish to inform you that we are resident of House no, c-1/230 street - 11 harsh vihar delhi-93, and user of Indian gas . In our Area peragti Gas services is authorized for indian Gas (LPG -domestic uses) Distribution.

our consumer no.13908
booking date is 31.01.2009.
Expected delivery was 21.02.2009

but regret to inform that till today (21.02.2009) we have not received .
we request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful if possible.

we wish to inform you that we are resident of Jain Park, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi, having gas connection of Indane Dwarka and facing the probelem that the after booking the number and regular chaseup the gas agency staff give one or another excuse for non delivery and try to presurise to take delivery by self i/o giving delivery at door.

We have faced the probelem of non delivery of cylender and excused given by the gas agenyc are as follows :

1. THE SHORTAGE OF DELIVERY STAFF / GAS CYLENDER
2. PLEASE CONFIRM THE SOFTWARE PROVIDE BY INDANE TO THE GAS AGENCY THERE IS NO PROVISON OF MENTIONING OF MOBILE NO. OF THE CUSTOMER IN THE DELIVERY SLIP HANDED OVER TO THE DELIVERY BOY FOR FEED BACK IN CASE OF THE ADDRESS NOT FOUND OR HOUSE FOUND LOCKED. THE CURRENT PRACTICE OF THE GAS AGENCY HAVE THE EXCUSE THE REFILL CYLENDER NOT DELIVERED DUE TO ADDRESS NOT FOUND AND WE DONT HAVE THE SYSTEM TO MENTION CUSTOMER CONTACT NO. TO AVOID SAME PROBLEM FOR FUTURE.
