CONSUMER NO 7332 CONSUMER NAME R KANNAN TODAY WE HAVE RECIEVED THE INDANE GAS CYLINDER WHICH WAS LEAK WE HAVE NOTICED IT IMMEDIATELY AND ASK THE PERSON WHO BROUGHT IT TO REPLACE IT BUT HE REFUSED SINCE IT IS MAJOR PROBLEM IF THE LEAK PERSIISTS MAY CAUSE FIRE THIS IS THE SECOND TIME WE ARE RECIEVING THE LEAK CYLINDER THOUGH WE GAVE REPORTED TO AGENCY AUTHORITIES NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN YET PL TAKE ACTION QUICKLY TO AVERT THE FIRE DUE TO CYLINDER LEAK
