Indane Gas — Cylinders being supplied elsewhere in consumers name

The last cylinder (RR No 772764J) was supplied on 18-Aug-2008 (bill No 16062), today(06-Dec-2008) when an attempt was made to book the cylinder, it was found that the last booking was on 17-Nov-2008.

When it was cross checked at the distributors system it was found that the cylinder was supplied on 18-Oct-2008 as well.

There were two cylinders distributed on my name to some other customer, can this please be verified.
