[Resolved]  Indane Gas — Regular delay in refills - 23264

We are regularly having problems with Distributor (Prathana Gas Agency - ID Code 1068) for providing delayed refills. Even after having two cylinders we have to resort to borrowing from neighbours. Today, they have even refused to book our order, stating that we have to book it only after 15th of this month because the last refill was supplied on 26th of November. You will appreciate that even in the last month we have booked on 6th November 2008 (Order no. 2446). They have billed it on 14/ 11 / 2008 and given delivery on 26th November, 2008. When IOCL is not having any supply problems, why we are being punished.
