We have a connection by the name of Mr. Rajender Kumar and consumer no. 5080 and Distributer M/S KEERTI GAS SERVICE, 3767, kanhaiya Nagar(FF), Tri Nagar, New Delhi-110035. we have booked for re-filling of gas but they delivered cylinder having broken seal on 12/12/08 to the female member of the house when no male member is present.when i wanted to complaint, they did not pick up the phone. therefore i request you to take necessary action. I have a connection from shri radha govind gas agency, my consumer has 3215, i want to ask you some questions, about your deliver boys why you are not so responsible. I had booked a cylinder on dated 2/08/2012 but you didn't deliver cylinder yet, that's why now I've thought i wanna change my connection from your agency you all are greedy.
