[Resolved] Indane Gas — complaint not attended to,

I am a consumer of Indane Gas. My consumer no. is 8436. My dealer is: Saieesh Enterprises, Anand Bagh, Malkajgiri, Hyderabad, AP (Ph Nos:[protected] / 27242154 /[protected]. I have lodged a complaint on 26th Dec 2008 that there is a problem with both the burners of my gas stove. Today is 2nd Jan 2009. Even after several reminders, the mechanic did not turn up till date. I shall be grateful, if your office can pls try to prevail upon the agency to attend at the earliest. I am an Indane customer& my consumer no.is ii224.I had booked a refill on 23/10/12 vide booking no.372609 & cashmemo no.7414 but till date it has not been delivered. My distributor is Pal enterprise of Bauria/Howrah. On 7.12.12, a complaint was lodged with the complaint cell of indane vide ph no.[protected] (a tip:do not use the ph no u hv submitted for booking your gas or the call will not be received) & received the assurance vide docket no.742775 that the cylinder would be delivered within 48 working hrs.
Here is the part that makes facts stranger than fiction.I have received an sms to say that my refill has been delivered (vide the above mentioned details) on 08.12.12
I rest my case in despair.with some words of wisdom, "If you cant beat them, join them".
