The Vinayaga Gas Agency - Dealer of Indane Gas is not able to supply Domestic Gas cylinders to people of Sivaganga - Tamilnadu on time. The dealer of Indane LPG for Sivaganga is not able to supply cylinders on time. This is because of the increase of customers and of the population in Sivagangai. Sivagangai is the District Headquarter. It is a devloping town in Tamilnadu. The people of Sivaganga can be supplied with the cylinders periodically only when one more dealer is alloted. Please take necessary steps to allot one more dealer. Being monopoly in the town, the people working at the Vinayaga Gas Agency-the current dealer, are very adament in rendering their service and manytimes they are not responding to the customers' request.

Dear sir,

Kindly allot some other gas agencies in sivaganga (like other cities). Vinayaga agency is totally waste. There are not supply the cylinders in time ( Every time they are taking fifteen to twenty days to supply a single cylinder) and they are not attend the phone calls ( booking gas or compliants) properly.
