[Resolved] Indane Gas — Booking gas after coming from out station | |
I am an indane gas cons cons no;28793 with Bright at COIMBATORE. After returning back from out station after 6 months and 10 days, I was asked to produce an appn alongwith zerox copy of ration card, show original deposit voucher personally.When I went to the agency I was asked to produce zerox copy of the original deposit receipt as well.Zerox copier being 1 km away and at first instant they have not asked for zerox of the same, I have told them that they will be given the copy when coming for verification. The staff was so rude that they will not book untill I give them the copy.Now I am without gas for last 4 days.I wouldn't know whether the supply would be effected or not. When contacted the Customer cell Mgr Sri.Thiyagarajan, he has assured that the supply would be given and verification done alongwith supply. Till today no action. Why such conditions first of all ??? Going out of station is not a reason for default!! I request that such terms should be scrabbed.Kindly redress my grievance immly since I am without gas now. Was this information helpful? | |
