[Resolved]  Indane Gas — unable to book cylinder

Sir,
I am a customer of indanegas with consumer no.21618 with Anand Gas Agency, south janatha rd, Cochin-25.Even though I tried to get them over phone in all their three land phone numbers I could not get them.
They either not taking the phone or it will be engaged.I request you to kindly arrange for e-mail booking.
Recently it was told that there is no scarcity for indane gas and no booking is required and they will
supply the gas on completion of 21 days from last supply.But they have not supplied the gas even
after 26 days and I had earlier informed that my second cylinder is empty.Please do the needful and
ask the agents to accept customers telephone calls promptly for booking and to know the status.

I have requared gas connection.

Yes! this problem occurs all over india!

Is Indane private money making industry! nor a public sector!

who is going to take necessary action against!

why they can't go for a online booking?

I vasu vunnam working as a employee in matrix labs hyderabad.As my gas was over i tried to call
LV Reddy gas agency in bowenpally for last 15 days but i find no response.And finnaly i went to there place and the people behaved towards me like anything.they feel that customers are beggers .
please cancle the licence of them and save us by trasfering us to other agency.

I work in bank of india balanagar, Hyderabad.. I stay at Gouthamnagar. I have problems in making booking of gas cylinder with my gas agency, L.V.REDDY Gas Agency, Manovikas nagar, Secuenderabad. over phone as their telephone numbers are always hang up. I am unable to book in person as my working hours are from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm on all days(except Sundays) and by the time I reach home on week days is 6.30 pm.
I kindly request the matter to be looked into and make arrange ments for me to book cylinder with my agency over phone or request them to take orders by email providing me their email address. I have one more suggestion, they can create a website and make their customers to book gas cylinder online.

Indane Gas Cylinder — Unable to book the Gas Cylinder

Dear Sirs,

Consumer No.T-887

I have been trying to book gas cylinder for the last 7-8 days and continuously trying to call the concerned Agency Trimurti Gas Service, Vikaspuri but they are not picking up the phones. Through online booking I could book the cylinder on 11/1/10 but till date supply of cylinder has not been made.

Request please advise concerned Agency to atleast pick up the phones even if there is shortage.

My gas consumer number is 930706 with agency name Surya gas agency, Pachalam kochi Agency code 118419 . I have booked for cylinder on 10/12/2009 with register number 2767 . So far I have not received gas cylinder, inspite of several reminders made by me . Most of the time they are not even picking up their phone . Kindly help me in getting me the cylinder immediately as the second cylinder is also about to drain . Urgent . Pls interfere and help me

I am unable to book Gas cylinder via SMS, Telephone, and Internet. Nobody is picking up the phone number [protected], Vasant Kunj Indane Gas station. I have tried to book through SMS but all in vain. This is not first time..i have face this problem earlier. Please help me to get my issue solve

The Indane oil gas service provider PUNEET GAS SERVICE in Rohini sec-16 area is harassing us like hell. They people never pick up the phone, or just keep the receiver of the phone aside so that every time when we call either it is busy or no response. When we go to their office they start giving the excuses.
Kindly help as it is very difficult to go to their center every time to book the gas in office hours.

I am m.s sathish kumar from Anna nagar chennai we have Indane gas connection with maruthi agncy, 1/1 welcome colony anna nagar extension CHENNAI- 101
we have booked for Lpg cylinder on 10/11 of march of 2011 in the name of m.s sathish kumar and booking No is 6243 but till date we haven't received the cylinder our additional cylinder also exhausted so we requested for supply over phone 11 to 8 times and personally visited twice we have an infant at home and requested quoting this also despite from me request they have not ablised on the hand our neighbour booked 7 days before in the name of chitra with the same distributer had received the cylinder yesterday the reason behind this discerpency is not known.
we requst u to use ur good offices to enquire about it a line in conformation is higly appreciated.

i booked my indane gas no 18224 existing at Govardhan gas dealer in Visakhapatnam vide ref no 109 and supply no 125566 .on[protected]. But till date we were not delivered the gas cylinder. Pl fallow up and the arrange to deliver immediately

Dear Sir,

I am customer of Indane gas service with consumer ID# 15283 and I have connection from Muradnagar Gas Service.

Sir generally we book gas after 22 days, and gas agency gives date to provide the cylinder 10 days after booking and most of the time they deny to give the cylinder as say we are out of stock. and if you are ready to pay Rs. 650 - 700/- for black then cylinder is available on the time.

As i collected cylinder on 18 april and book the cylinder on 13 may 11. Gas agency gave the date to collect the cylinder on 23 may ( today) but today they said that we are out of stock and one man pay 710 at front of mine and they gave cylinder to him. I complain against the same but they misbehave with me.



Please take the hard step against them.
