WE HAVE AN INDANE CONNECTION FROM NATRAJ ENTERPRISES, YELANKHA, IN THE NAME OF MY WIFE, EVERY TIME WE BOOK A CYLINDER THERE IS NO ACKNOWLEDGMENT THAT WE HAVE BOOKED THE CYLINDER THEY SAY THAT WE WILL RECEIVE THE CYLINDER AFTER TEN DAYS, AFTER TEN DAYS WHEN WE STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE CYLINDER WE CALL THEM UP AND THE ANSWER WE GET IS THAT THE CYLINDER HAS NOT BEEN BOOKED, AND WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER TEN DAYS, THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR MANY MONTHS NOW AND WE HAVE BEEN PUTTING UP WITH THIS HARRASMENT BY THE AGENCY, OVER AND ABOVE THE GAS DELIVERY BOYS DON'T MAKE ENTRY IN THE BOOK, WHICH IN FACT AMOUNTS TO CHEATING AS THERE IS NO PROOF OF THE DELIVERY DATE. I am having a Consumer No. 05972 with the Shrinath Indane Gas Seva, Banna Devi, Near Gandhi Ashram, Aligarh, Phone No.[protected], Mobile No. [protected], It is their rule/practise that a new cylinder booking is registered after 22 days from the date of delivery of last cylinder. So, following their practise, we booked for new refill on 03/06/2008, vide booking No. 197, but after elapsing 10 days further, I enquired on 13/06/08 for my new refill over telephone. They said that another 4-5 days will require to deliver the said cylinder and may be taken more time if we don’t receive the supply from Indane. That is lead-time will stood as -22 days + 10 + 5 = 37 days or More. It is very unfortunate to note that a fresh cylinder will come after 37 days or more. I do not know how a family can manage its cooking by a cylinder for 37 days. I want to bring this to the notice of appropriate indane authorities for looking into the matter and know the procedure for booking or supply.

Your immediate intervention is required to solve this problem being faced by consumers repeatedly.

what mr.VICTOR DCRUZ has said is 200% true., nobody is there to tie a bell on these gas supplier CATS., we hav also gone through their rude behavior -answer- they think they are supplying gas for free.. first of all i request the main (lofers) govt bosses to cancel agencies who think they are above all,

THIS SUPPLIER :- NATRAJ ENTERPRISES HAS 2 BRANCHES,
ONE IN YELAHANKA HAS 30, 000 CONNECTIONS..
IF THESE BUGGERS CANT DELIVER ON TIME JUST [censored]OFF FROM THIS BUSINESS..

ONE HAS TO WAIT FOR 21 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY OF THE FIRST CYLINDER-THEN AFTER BOOKING WAIT FOR 12 DAYS -15- ...20.., , .., , DAYS SO IN TOTAL AFTER THE DELIVERY OF THE FIRST CYLINDERPLEASE WAIT FOR[protected] DAYS FOR THE NEXT CYLINDER,

NATURALLY GAS USED IN AVARAGE HOMES ARE OVER BY 20 TO 23 DAYS OF COOKING,
SO FOR ANOTHER 10 TO 15 DAYS WHAT TO DO,
THIS IS HOW THE ABOVE SUPPLIER WORKS..
IF LIKE MINDED PEOPLE JOIN TOGETHER WE CAN MARCH & CALL THE, MINISTER CONCERNED
& TRY EXPLAING HIM OUR PROBLEMS...
