[Resolved]  Indane Gas — without permission gas connection shifted to another agencies i.e m/s neelkanth gas agencies.

dear sir ,
I want to a new connection indan gas lpg. but APARIJITA INDAN SERVIce gas agency told not allow only connection must u purchase gahchhula. what I do.

I Radha Kant Tripathi Consumer No. 15597 of Sharma Gas Agency , Uttam nagar, Delhi 110059. Have a complaint regarding Booking of gas.
1-they first of all do not attend the telephone despite of several time ringing
2-they shuld give us their internet booking facility so that our greivance has a response

sir, I am Senior Citizen aged 67 years old. Today i visted to m/s. sharma gas agency for booking of gas, but very surprised that, they told me, no booking here due to my gas no.18618 has been shifted to other agency in Vikas Puri.sir, how is it possible, that without my permission my gas connection had been changed .and no intimation sent to me by the sharma gas agency. Vikas Puri is very so far i.e around 7 k.m. from my house . therefore, you are requested to kindly retained the gas connection with sharma gas agency insted of neelkanth gsa agency.
