we have given a deposit money for supplying two cylinders per month
my consumer number is : 4320 and it is registered in my dad's name "SADIQ ALI", they should supply two cylinders per month which they dont, when i talk with the agency manager, he and his employees dont speak with discipline and they openly say that they cant supply two cylinders per month and say do whatever you want.This is my second complaint, but no action is taken so far, I dont know whom to approach to correct these fraudulent agents.

sir i dear sir i wish to infrom you that i obtained one indane gas connection in my name m.v. hanumanth rao consumer no 60891 at sampallyee gas agencey which at hyderbad city erragadda i have only one cylinder since long back iam facing problem very with one cylinder the dealer was issueing the new connection to other people when i came to know about he asked to wait for six month s get one other cylinder hence i requested you that please look into the matter and do need ful to memoblie no [protected]

dear sir , i booked gas cylinder on indane gas supplier visakhapatnam (malkapuram) i booked the cylinder on 1/10/2009 but they registerd it on 7/10/2009 actually they have to supply it on 3 or 4th of october but ill now we dint get cylinder . if we ask them they saying no stock, they supplying all peolpe what about me????..i went to them 4 times askd about my cylinder they said we wil send it in 2 days ,2 days,2 days,2days.....sir till now we dint get it again saying we wil send .now we are cooking from neibours home....what i going on malkapuram indane gas dealer it's not only struggle there many people facing the same so, i ask respectable authorities to respond to my appeal and take necessary measures , and get supply my cylinder as early as possible.

Dear Sir,
This complaint is repeating again and again.There is no improovement from your side.And all your people are co-operating with them.Otherwise this much negligency is not possible by distrubutor.My consumer no-S-18715 had booked for gas[protected].When I was booked for time taking they told me 10 to 12 days.When I was contacted after 12 days they replied to take time more means 3 to 4 days.Till now I have not received Gas from them.We can understand if there is problems in distrubution of Gas from your authorities.If there is problems it should have noticed us by declaring.Now when I am contacting by their phone they are not receiving phone calls.After ringing stopped the phone shows engage.It will repeat like this long time.Somewhere they are misuising in wrong way.If you feel I am blaming to your department why this complaint I need to give you again and again.So I requested you to give me proper reply.And When I am mailing to conceren area & state incharge showing failure notice.The stated e mail address in Indian Oil website is wrong or correct.

Indane Gas — not supplying of gas

i am an indane consumer in Kerala.My consumer no is 180443.My agency responsible for supply is Mini gas agency, Kundara.I booked for refilled cylinder on November 12,2009.Till noe they didnt supplied the product.When we call them, they used to respond like "Your gas will be suppied tomorrow". This agency is totally irresponsible. Steps may please be taken to supply the product at the earliest

Indane Gas — NO REPLY CONTINOUSLY

I had booked a gas cylinder 16 days ago & the delivery has not happened so far. They niether pick any of their phone now & if they do, there is no satisfactory reply.

Yes this has become a major issue in Vizag, please look in to this.

A corrupted Gas Agency, Dealer - 'BEST FLAME' in Lenin Sarani, Katwa, Barddhaman, West-Bengal.
That dealer sales domestic Indane Gas in Black Market for a high rate.
We are in big toruble. Kindly do something.
