Previously i had booked my gas and delivered on 17.01.08 but the billing date was 09.01.08, and again had booked on telephone 07.02.08 and i was informed that i will be getting my reffill within a week, after not getting the reffill when called on 12.02.08 i came to know that my gas booking has not been taken so requested to take the booking and i was informed that i will be getting in two or three days and iam yet to receive my gas inspite of having a double cyclinder iam not able to get my reffill on time. The booking people are so erratic the response is very poor. earliest action in this regard will be highly solicited Was this information helpful? |
I AM BOOKING MY GAS SINCE 15 DAYS BUT I HAVE NOT GETTING MY GAS YET. BECAUSE THE DELIVERY MAN SAID WE ARE CHANGED FROM ONE PLACE TO ANOTHER. SO WE ALSO GOING TO OUR NEAREST OFFICE FOR TELLING ABOUT OUR PROBLEM AND ALSO TELLING THEM FOR REGISTER OUR NEW ADRESS BUT THERE WERE NO RESPONSES FROM THEM SO WE FACING LOTS OF PROBLEM BECAUSE WE HAVE ONLY ONE CYLENDER.THE GAS IS REGISTERED THE NAME OF PUSPANJALI DAS & CUSTOMER CODE IS 40430 & MY NEW ADDRESS IS C/O- JAYKRUSHNA SAHOO, PLOT NO-379, RATHROAD, BARIK SAHI, BBSR-751002, ORISSA
