[Resolved] Indane Gas — Rubish interaction with Customer-NIM Gas Agency, Patel Nagar -II, Ghaziabad

Dear Sir, My Self Anil Kumar Sahoo, customer of Indane Gas through NIM Gas Agency, Patel Nagar - II, Ghaziabad form Last 04 years. The representatives of said agency are not able to interact with customer in proper behaviour. Most of the time i not get refilled cylinder at home delivery so i have to bound to collect from the agency. However Now a days agency not returned back empty cylinder as the serial no is not match as per their record (As they told). We people are not able to get refilled cylinder due to the reason. This is not only my problem. All of people of our colony suffered from this problem & they don't have able to refill cylinder from other private shop due to high rate as 70/- Kg. i am from baridih jamshedpur having consumer no 10542. presently i have single connection with double cylinder .my indane dealer book the gas after 21 days and supply it after 14 or 15 days . all togather the filling recived after 35 days.my one cylinder last for 28 to 30 days. so even though having paid for double cylinder my one cylinder remain empty and when the running cylinder become empty ihave to wait for four or five days for filling. what i should do?
