[Resolved] Indane Gas — Problem with booking through telephone

I am a consumer of Indane Gas and my consumer no. is TSV 3961. My distributor is M/s Baghajatin Gas Service, Kolkata- 700 084(Distributor Code No.[protected] (i) They(distributor) has given me four telephone numbers, viz.[protected], 24308888, 24302939 and 28671470 to book the cylinder refils. Whenever I try to book the cylinder, all four numbers are either continuously busy or temporary out of order. Sometimes they don't even bother to pick up & respons to the call. I complained about this by visiting their office on many occasion. But they don't bother to respond and improve the matter. (i) They(distributor) has given me four telephone numbers, viz.[protected], 24308888, 24302939 and 28671470 to book the cylinder refils. Whenever I try to book the cylinder, all four numbers are either continuously busy or temporary out of order. Sometimes they don't even bother to pick up & respons to the call. Dear sir,
When ever we are calling the telephone is engaged. We tried since first July 2010. But continuously the telephone was engaged. How we can book for the LPG. Please help us.!!

I am shifting to kolkatta near tollygunj in next month i am having one no of indian gas connection in name of ABHISHEK CHANDRA cust no 20037, which has been trensfer from bhubneswar yesterday

please suggest the needful to be done to get the connection transfered to kol branch and get service immediately
