Indane Gas — NOT PICKING TELEPHONE

Dear Sir,

I tried lot of times and ringing as well. But no person picking the telephone No. +[protected], 26088065, 26093322 as given by the agent i.e. Jagan Enterprises, Madangiri, New Delhi-110062.

My gas connection No. is 1059. Please you are hereby requested to take this complaint and resolve as soon as possible. Please provide me the gas cylinder, so that we can cook and eat food.

My gas connection No. is 34549. Please you are hereby requested to take this complaint and resolve as soon as possible. Please provide me the gas cylinder, so that we can cook and eat food.

I am from Hyderabad.
I have only 1 cylinder connection, have applied for a 2nd one long time back, still haven't received it. Also always the telephone no. provided by them is busy or they never pick up. Their service is not at all satisfactory. It causes serious problems. Please do something to improve the service.

i had booked gas through tomogas service on 9th Sep 09 and they gave me booking no 26 however the veena gas service delivery staff has told me that they have mot recieved any booking for my number i. e VG 27287. i have been unable to contact the agency office for booking on telephone because even after 50-60 times trying to connect them, the only answer is this telephone no is busy please try after some time...i am realy fed up with this.being a working lady it is not possible to personally visit them for gas booking.

kindly help me to get the cylinder delivery and advise the veena gas agency staff to cooperate with the public and nopt put their telephones busy delibrately.
