[Resolved]  Indane Gas — Delayed Deliveries

I have booked gas with M/S Urja Indane, Bibwewadi Pune 411037 ( Distributor's Code 9182717) on 27 Jan 2009 and at that time they said that the gas will be delivered the next day. When the gas was not delivered i called them and every time i called them they kept saying that it will be delivered next day. Today when i called them was was angry with their service, they said that they had sent the delivery boy but he reported that the door was closed, which is simply not possible. We never lock our doors and at every time there is some or the other person in the home. Its not that this is first time they are doing this happens every time i book a refill. I will appreciate if any one will look sharp into the matter and can provide any resolution. An acknowledgment of the complaint will be appreciated.
