We had booked our cylinder on dtd 26/06/12, and you have sent under weight cylinder 24kgs approx instead of 29Kgs Approx on today. Due to this reason we have not received the cylinder. & also your delivery boy used bad language with my family members. He is very stupid and nonsense guy.
Please take the action immediate & send the cylinder tomorrow with a good delivery boy.
