[Resolved]  Indane Gas — Delay in refill cylinder

SIR,
I am a consumer with M/S Tirupati Gas Service, Bulandshahr Uttar Pradesh. My consumer number is T10489. Every time on booking of refill cylider, thier is very much problem. After booking, every time cylinder is delivered in minimum fifteen days most of times this time reaches to 20 days to 25 days.While they commit everytime that your refille is delivered to you in 2 or 3 days. this not problem of my alone. Most of the customers are suffering with this. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, many times the staff had used filthy language. I request you to please look into the issue.

I am a consumer with M/S PUNEET GAS AGENCY, ROHINI SECTOR-16 DELHI. My consumer number is 34982. Every time on booking of refill cylider, thier is very much problem. After booking, every time cylinder is delivered in minimum 8-10 DAYS days .While they commit everytime that your refille is delivered to you in 2 or 3 days. this not problem of my alone. Most of the customers are suffering with this. This time I have booked for refill cylinder on 13.05.2008 but till date i.e.20.05.2008 i have not received the refill cylinder. Request please take action against the agency.
this is the right complaint, the manager of tirupati gas service named SATISH is engaged in black marketing of cylinders...plz take the action as soon as possible...

I am a consumer with S&P Enterprises Alaknanda Kalkaji New DELHI-19. My consumer number is19577. Every time on booking of refill cylider, thier is very much problem. After booking, every time cylinder is delivered in minimum 8-10 DAYS days .While they commit everytime that your refille is delivered to you in 2 or 3 days. this not problem of my alone. Most of the customers are suffering with this. This time I have booked for refill cylinder on 12.08.2009 but till date i.e.19.08.2009 i have not received the refill cylinder. Request please take action against the agency.

I'm regular customer of Indane gas ltd. and my cylinder agency name is Sindhu Enterprises with my consumer no. is 02388, my refill cylinder booked on 17/02/2010 and yet it doesn't reacher our home till date, so i request you to submit my complaint and take it seroiusely and solver our problem as soon as possible.
