sir, I Dr.Suchit Mohan Kerkar, resident of malwan, district sindhudurg, maharashtra.I am appointed as medical officer in govt. rural hospital, malwan for last 1year. I have applied for gas connection at Indane gas agency, malwan on 18-03-08.
