[Resolved] Indane Gas — unavailability of additional gas cylinder | |
Complaints on "Indane Gas" I am a customer of M/s I C P Indane Gas agency, Kalmandapam Palakkad, KERALA . I have received only one cylinder at delivery time(18/4/2007). 6 months ago when I requested to give the one more cylinder, they answered to wait becasuse the at that time the gas was short and since last 6 months they have only one answer, shortage of gas. my gas connection at Bhavani agency in kumbakonam. i booked for additional refill cyclider. the agency takes more than 28 days after booked. they show in the receipt different date but actually given different date. is any rules for distribution about gas refilling system. how many days required to booking and how many days need to give refill cyclinder to us. please clarify this matter.
