[Resolved] Indane Gas — Non availability of an additional cylinder

I am a consumer of indane gas No12056, from Indane gas agency, consumer co-operative society, kalpakkam.I registered for an additional cylinder in the month of Feb 2006. Till todate they are not issuing the same and whenever I ask, they reply as, there is no issue of 2nd cylinder past 3 years.They are also not telling the expected date, it is very difficult to manage with single cylinder without an additional cylinder. I am a consumer of M/s Indane Oil Corporation Ltd, , (M/s Veer Sachi Indane Gas, Shop No-4, Damana Bazar, Sailashree Vihar Road, Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar), bearing consumer No. 8362. At the time of connection I have taken only one cylinder but at present I require one more cylinder. Though I am staying in a joint family it is very difficult to manage with one cylinder, so that I have applied for a 2nd cylinder but they have refused to give. So I request you to take this matter seriously as per the procedure. Please do the needful and obliged.
