Indane Gas Cylinder — no response on phone

I am myself, bhavna Consumer Number-NR 10135, my address is b-106/106, j.n.c. arcade, Shalimar Garden Extention-2, Sahibabad, Gazhiabad, U.P- 201005

I am getting Gas Supply from United Gas Agency- Sahibabad, Gazhiabad, U.P. From last 6 months Whenever I am trying to book thru Phone, Showing Number is busy.i have to try number for atleast 1 2 week after that they attend the call . This is really very irritating situation .Sometimes i have to go myself to book cylinder at there office in sahibabad.Not me many other people's are also suffering from same problem.Kindly take my complain ASAP & help me to do the things done immediately.

I am really disappointed due to this consumer service of Indane agency sahibabad.

You are requested to kindly look into this & do the needful at the earliest.

I LD MAnocha consumer No:-10891.Sir i m continously called up on ur customer care for booking of cylinder from 12 /Aug 09 But as on 17/8/09 the phn. is continously busy. My Nearest Agency is Santoshi Gas Service in Shakur pur.Sir I request u to pls help me to booked a cylinder . Waiting for ur revert.

I hare by submit to state that the  Reffiling cylinder booked at Gagan Enterprises, Madhangir, New Delhi  as on dt.08.Aug.2009 through by phone but reffiling Cylinder not deliver till date.
I request to agency authorities to book my complaint and send cylinder to my resident add. C-32, Shiv Park, Khanpur, New Delhi-110062 immediately.

Indane Gas — no response for supply of gas cylinder.

We were booked the cylinder on 1/10/09 in porur agency and the customer no.is 65276. But as on date it is not delivered even though we reapeately called the agency. There is no proper response from the agency even we went to their office. we dont know where we have to complaint. Also the cylinder supply persons are compulsery demanding Rs.25 to Rs.30 per cylinder. For getting the cylinder my family is waiting in house with out moving to anywere since everyday the agency is giving wrong information. Really the porur agency is very worst way they are acting.

sir "purvanchal gas agency " authorize dealer of gas is not providing gas in a proper manner and i have not received since 2 months .so we are very much harrased my customer id is1171

gas cylinder — NO RESPONSE FOR BOOKING CYLINDER

Dear Sir,

I am Pradeep chauhan, and I have a complaint to submit, my Indian Oil Gas connection number is 17631, I had registered fresh cylinder on 02 Dec by phone to :-

A-1, B-20,
DDA Market,
Janak puri, New Delhi 110058 on phone numbers[protected], 25553988.

My matter for discomfort is despite my booking cylinder on 02 Dec and personnal visit by my mother to above office twice and repeated call on 14 Dec and 15 Dec on ibid numbers for asking the status of booking, no action or satisfying reply has been given to my.

I tried calling the owner of the agency on [protected], he talked to me once and after that he disconnected the phone and never answered my call since morning.

It is requested that please look into the matter, now it has reached extreme, I never wanted to complaint as I am a customer i also have rights. Further it is requested that necessary actin to be taken against agency.
