Indane Gas — Spare Cylinder

i have a applied for a spare cylinder on 12.7.2007 (SRAP No 590891 and WL No 619/27216) with Sharada Gas Agency, Moghalpura. Since iam having only 1 cylindeer and that to they are taking minimum 5 days to get refil cylinder iam facing severe problem (by skipping coocking food). Even after repeated enquiries/requests/follow ups i have not yet got my spare cylinder. Please help me sir.

i working saudi arabia when i was india that time i apply second gas.becouse gas connection under my name.so now they are send the letter to me now get the spare cylindeer. but i now soudi arabia.
my wife went to the agency they are told i want come there. but still i can"t go till one year.but my home need one more gas. pleas can you help how can get.
