IS there any rule to complain after 1 weak or after 15 days in gas agencies because we go there and complain after 1 weak 0r 15 days booking . my father is live in chandighar and i am not capable to go again & again in gas agency

I AM TRYING TO CALL Agnidhwaj Indian Service 2-5-55/1/B, Chintalmet, Rajendra Nagar, Secunderabad- 500030 TO BOOK.
BUT THE PHONE IS COMMING ENGAGE EVERY TIME. I AM TRYING SCINCE MORNING 10 AM TO 2.00 PM.
