Indane Gas — all time phone is engaged

Dear Sir

I am trying to contact the gas agency to book the gas by phone but nobody picks up the phone and if by mistake someone picks up the phone then it is put on hold for 15 minutes or till the time the line is disconnected by caller.This is ridiculous as this is nothing but harsing the customer.My wife is not able to go to the centre as my baby is small and she can't take her out to book the gas.

I am trying to contact the gas agency to book the gas by phone[protected]/7044) but nobody picks up the phone and if by mistake someone picks up the phone then it is put on hold for 15 minutes or till the time the line is disconnected by caller.This is ridiculous as this is nothing but harassing the customer.My mother is not able to go to the center as my baby is small and she can't take her out to book the gas.By this way these people are harassing us every month by many complaints these people doing the same and says we dont know any thing regarding the same. So please do the needful help to move out this problem for ever.

ho booking for online gas i try every time so i cant see online booking avability but i seen bhatat gas service is available on line forms so why should be given online forms .
