I am customer of Jagan Enterprises (gas agency), Khanpur, Dr. Ambedkar Nagar, New Delhi-110062. I have book a Gas Cylinder by way of computer booking on 17.7.2009 at 10.15 AM, bu till date i.e, 29.7.2009 Gas Cylinder not deliver. Last month also I have book Cylinder on 23.6.2009 at 1.22 PM, but Cylinder not deliver till 30.6.2009. On 30.6.2009 I went to agency personally, those people is siting in agency he said your cylinder will be deliver tomorrow i.e. 1.7.2009. May I requested kindly look into the matter for delay delivery of gas cyliner.

I am customer of vikram gas agency, west kidwai nagar, new delhi. I have trying to booking gas since last few days on telephone, but whole day 4 telephone numbers of Vikram Agency are angaged or not responded. However, on 19.11.09 by the grace of god my call was attended by the staff of agency and they assured me that i got the cylinder on 20.11.09. But when the same was not received by me on 20.11.09, i called them in response the attending person told me that now i will get the cylinder on Monday i.e. 23.11.09. But till time on monday i have not received the cylinder due to which i am facing great difficulties. In this regard, it is requested to take needful action against the earring persons and instruct them to provide the cylinder to me urgenly.
Please examine the case and take proper action agaist vikram agency.

I am also trying to book my cliner since yesterday afternoon but either number is not connecting or if bell is going no one is picking up the phone. I am also dialling on the mobile no.[protected] but the same thing is getting repeated or the number is being showing as switched off.
This is a normal practice of these guys. as a customer, I'm going through the same experience since long. The latest in the long list is that I booked a cylinder on 23/03/2010 and today on 30/03/2010, they want me to book it again on today's date in which they can charge the renewed price. This was the story with few of my friends too as the agency had the stock and still they creat these problems. And, another big issue is, these people give the cylinders to local Dhaba guys who does not have a proper connection on extra payments and the consumer who booked it earlier really struggle. Is there any authority to take careof thesethings???
