[Resolved]  Indane Gas — late supply gas cylinder & spare cylinder not granted

Indane Gas — SPARE CYLINDER (2nd)

Dear Sir,

I am K Srinivasa Rao from Santrgachi Station Road, Jagacha, PO GIP Colony, Howrah-711 112, West Bengal, took the new connection of Indain Gas in 2006, letter apply to Indian Gas dealer for 2nd cylender but retill date I am not receiving any cylinder from them, lot of problems with my 21/2 years son.

Kindly consider my above request immediately with out any delay

We regular user of Indane LPG by Name of – Ashok Kumar Jha Cust. No. is - 20990 we have 2 silender but always purchasing Gas by black, my dealer is

Always deliver late, we have already booking No. for Gas on 8th of march-2011 but not deliver till know,
There is also some problem that is
1.When we have applied for new connection giving 1 silender not accepted 2nd connection.
2.When we have applied for 2nd connection the dealer said if you want to second connection not accepted of 1st No. booking.
3.Almost Both of silender is empty in the end of month and Purchasing black


So, I have phasing problem for Gas and always purchasing on black, this is very costly Please help me so that we can use easily.

Kindly look into this matter and suggest what I can do.
