[Resolved]  Indane Gas — Booking & Delivery of Gas Cylinder

I, Vijay Chandra Paul, holding Indane Gas Reg No: 9873, face a hell lot of problems in booking gas every month. The Distributer near my residence is "Srinivasa Gas Agencies", Near Sushma Theatre, Vanasthali Puram - 500070. Ranga Reddy District. Andhra Pradesh. They Never pick up the telephone, either they keep aside the telephone receiver or they never lift for telephone booking. Everytime I have to go to their agency for booking the gas. If I complain with them regarding this issue, the distributors are very rude in responding to the consumers. They feel that as if they are distributing gas free of cost. Since yesterday morning I am trying to book gas over telephone, but I could not reach them over phone. Moreover, they close the agency before the closing time everyday. I feel that I have to change to another distributor to come out of this issue. I request you to please do the needful to me in this regard.
