I have a gas connection No 28306A with Kalka Gas Service, Kalkaji New Delhi110019. Tel No 26020108, 26029868. I have booked gas on 21.06.2008, But I have not received gas cylinder till date. On telephonic enquiry It was told that there are shortage of gas cylinder, Hence cylinder are delivered late, Kindly look into the matter and give direction to the above named dealer to deliver the gas cylinder as soon as possible Thanks Uma Shankar Maurya Mob.[protected] Resi.24517114 Was this information helpful? Its regarding poor rather very poor customer care service of KALKAJI GAS SERVICE, KALKAJI, NEW DELHI-110019, T.NO. 26029868, 26020108.Everytime it takes at least more than 100 attempts to dial their no. successfully as their nos. are either kept off-hooked or no reply.ITS REALLY VERY DISAPPOINTING FOR THE CUSTOMERS TO FEEL SO MISERABLE FOR THEIR BASIC MEANS OF COOKING THE FOOD i.e. A GAS CYLINDER TO BE BOOKED AFTER WASTING SO MUCH OF ENERGY &TIME.IT IS THE REGULAR PRACTICE OF THIS AGENCY& QUITE ANNOYING.Our booking no. is 21392 & I'd like to request you to book the same from our behalf &take an immediate &urgent action against this kind f attitude.
