[Resolved] Indane Gas Cylinder — Very worst service from Tambaram/ Guduvanchery PATTAMMAL Gas Agency
Reg: Problems facing while booking for new cylinder.
" Worst response from the incharge persons ( In particular at TAMBARAM Pattammal)"
" Not answering for the queries, simply disconnecting or just keeping the receiver open"
" Booking at Guduvanchery - Missing from the records"
We are residing at Urappakkam and our agency is Pattammal Gas agency.
Usually we used to book at Guduvanchery branch office. "Our No is : 31291"
Till now it happened two times that Booking at GUDUVANCHERY is not reflected at TAMBARAM.
If we call to Tambaram office their way of treating customer is really worst.
Inspite of waiting for very very long time to get the connection( almost 20 - 30 mins) they simply say yours is not booked. then what's the point of having GUDUVANCHERY office and booking over there.
Then they it will be taken as new booking on that day.
Sep 12 09 we booked at Guduvanchery. Till now we did not get cylinder. If we enquire at tambaran (since they only have te phone) they say your name is not there.
This is not the first time it has been happening regularly. I don't know wher to complaint about this that's why i am complaining here.
Please please please .. try to solve this scenario
please take necessary action or at least tell them to treat the customers as human being not like a DOG.
