My Refill booking 439827 Cash Memo 627 generated... This SMS has come to me 3.9.2012. Till today cylinder was not supplied ... If i call by Phone no Response... Always we used to get the computerised reply......I have already complained about this to IOC........ If in future the same conditions occurs, I shall go through the CONSUMER COURT......
