Sir,

It is informed that I booked my cylinder on 29th Sep 2009. I have not received my cylinder till date inspite of repeated request in person several times either they blame the delivery boys or they respond that it will be sent within two days or but till date I have not received. Today my cylinder got over and I had to leave everything half finished before going to Office.

I would like to raise this matter to the higher authorities to look in to the system of work that is being carried out at M.V Enterprises, N.M Road, Avadi, Chennai – 54 and take suitable action to see that your customer are satisfied.

After encountering many such situations, I am forced to write this letter this time because i have not received cylinder within 25 days time at all this time. Awaiting your immediate response at the earliest.

With reference to my complaint dt.03.11.09 regarding delay in supply of gas cylinder, I would like to thank you for your response in this regard. Today I received my cylinder and the Manager of MV Enterprises spoke to me and told me that this kind of delay will not take place in future.

Once again I thank you very much for your immediate action.

Yes The worst service by the particular Mv agency, Many time the same problem Why the Indane officers are not taken any action,

I too suffered with the worst services of MV Enterprises, Avadi, Chennai. Lot of irregularities going with this agency. No one happy with this agencies. higher authorities should wake up and keep an eye on this agencies.

M.V enterprise (gas dist) — gas cylinder not supplied

Last month, I had booked a cyllinder with M/S M.V Enterprises avadi , Chennai. My consumer number is 35609. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff not responding against me and also they selling the gas to local tea shops and hotels for extra cost .so please I kindly requesting you to look into the issue and take necessary action.

I too suffered with the worst service and we have not received the cylinder till date which have booked on 09/09/2010, the delivery boys are very irregular and they have taken the reason of bad road condition due to the drainage and metro water who recently digged our roads and are in very bad condition. Even though the rain has stopped and the road looks pretty good now for the vechicle to come and go. They are having a particular spot to display the cylinder (it looks like a showroom) and they are asking to come and collect the cylinder. If we say that we are doing nightshift he asks our wife or elders who are in the family to come and stand by 6 or 7 in the morning to collect the cylinder.

Please take necessary action. The worst hit area is J.B. ESTATE AREA IN AVADI, and the Delivery boy name is MR. SELVARAJ who is also having an assistant for delivery.

we are also facing same problem in avadi with MV enterprise, and the people who is working there in office
using bad word with their customer!

Dear sir, here with i submit my grievance regarding delivery of gas cylinder to marikozhundu street, saraswathi nagar though i have registered for gas refill on 14th oct 2011 still i have not get cylinder, i have 2 gas cylinder connection due to delayed delivery both the gas cylinders exhausted i accept the road condition is very bad i am ready to take the cylinder wherever it is delivered but the thing is they never tell that every time i have to search for the delivery person after i received message that "cash memo" generated and the cylinder will be delivered shortly my search for delivery person starts now, i am pushed to purchase a ignition stove kindly take necessary action sir,
