[Resolved] Indane Gas / Domestic Lpg Gas — gas agency not picking up phones to book the refill cylinder.

I am using indane gas with the consumer no. PTT 1488 .Gas agency name is M/s PRAKASH GAS SERVICES, 'INDANE DISTRIBUTERS' main road, Telibandha, Raipur, chhattisgarh. land phone nos of this distributer for booking are 0771/2423456 & 2429123. these phone nos are found engaged every time since last one month, resulting i am unable to book the cyclender. i am a sick lady living with my son his office timings are 8am to 7 pm. so at that time when he go to agency, it is closed. so i have to book the cylender over the phone only.but gas agency not lifting the phone & cheating the consumer. so please take the necessary action on it at the earliest . I AM HAVING CONNECTION NO-7370 AT HLRDC HISAR HARYANA.TODAY I.E 25/10/08 GOT THE DELIVERY AT 64-N MODEL TOWN HISAR THROUGH COMPANY PERSON, AT THAT TIME THERE WAS ONLY LADIES IN HOUSE, DELEVERY MAN MISBEHAVED WITH THEM.LAST TIME HE ALSO MISBEHAVED.

lpg cylinder domestic — Not Picking Up the Phones

I am a usear of Bharat Gas from chhoni branch Nagpur -440013 Maharashtra (INDIA) from few years, till last month there was no problem in service provideding.but from last two months they are not picking the phone call at the office.when i went to book the gas personaly i found that the lady was having a personal talk on phone and the other phone was continously ringing.she was not even care to handle the customer in front of her.sir if the behaviour is so then the compant may have a wrong reputation in customers mind.s its a request to do somthing helpfull in regarding to it.
